Event Terms
Please read these terms before purchasing. By buying a ticket, you agree to them.
These terms apply to tickets for The Ultimate Bridal Hair Masterclass, held November 9–10, 2026, at Hamilton Loft, 120 Hamilton Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11231.
Tickets & payment
- All ticket sales are final and non-refundable.
- Tickets are transferable. If you can't attend, you may pass your seat to another stylist — just let us know in advance at info@holla-hair.com so we can update the name.
- Payment plans are available at checkout through Klarna and Affirm, subject to their approval and terms.
- Prices are in USD. Early-bird pricing is available for a limited time and may rise without notice.
Schedule, date & venue
- The program runs both days, approximately 10 AM–6 PM ET, with doors at 9:30 AM. The detailed schedule is shared with ticket holders ahead of the event.
- We may adjust the schedule, speakers, or session order. The lineup is confirmed in good faith but can change for reasons beyond our control.
- If the date or venue changes, ticket holders will be notified and existing tickets remain valid.
- If the event is cancelled in full, ticket holders will be offered a transfer to a future date or a refund of the ticket price.
Photography & video
- The event will be photographed and filmed for marketing, promotional, and educational use.
- By attending, you consent to appearing in photos and video, and to their use by HOLLA and its partners across any media, without compensation.
- If you prefer not to be featured, let a member of the team know on arrival and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
Recordings & materials
VIP class recordings are provided for your personal use only. They may not be shared, resold, copied, or distributed in any form.
Conduct
This is a professional environment. We reserve the right to remove any attendee whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful to speakers, staff, or other guests, without a refund.
What's included — and not
- Your ticket covers admission and the sessions for the day(s) purchased, plus the goodie bag for your tier. VIP includes the additional benefits listed at purchase.
- Travel, accommodation, meals, and any personal expenses are not included and are your responsibility.
Liability
Attendance is at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, HOLLA is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to property, or for incidental costs connected with attending the event.
