1. Make sure the hair is clean and completely dry' without any product.

2. Set the temperature
Choose the right heat setting for the hair type:Fine / delicate hair: lower temperatures, Normal hair: medium heat, Thick / coarse hair: up to 450°F (230°C).

3. Section the hair
Divide the hair into thin sections for better control and an even result.

4. Crimp with a light motion
Place the crimper near the roots and gently press, while sliding it down the strand in small, light squeezes.

5. Blend & style
Continue only in the areas where you want extra volume or texture, then cover with a top layer of hair for a seamless look.

I bought the Holla crimper to replace my babyliss micro crimper and I love this one! It's perfect! It crimps the hair the perfect amount while giving it the texture you need. I also love that this one has ceramic plates compared to the titanium one's on the babyliss one, so it gives me peace of mind while working on my clients hair for updo's.
