PROCESSING
Please allow 1–3 business days for us to process and pack your order.
You have a one-hour window after ordering to request a cancellation or an address change at info@holla-hair.com. We will always try to accommodate a request made inside that window, but we cannot guarantee it once the order has entered fulfilment.
SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY TIMES
Prices are shown in your own currency, and the rate below is the one you will see at checkout.
United States $9.00 — free over $100 5–7 business days
Canada flat rate — free over C$199 7–14 business days
Australia flat rate — free over A$200 7–14 business days
New Zealand flat rate 7–14 business days
Europe (EU) flat rate — free over €150 3–5 business days
United Kingdom flat rate — free over £130 3–10 business days, plus customs
Rest of the world flat rate shown at checkout 7–14 business days
Delivery times are estimates from the day your order leaves our warehouse and do not include the 1–3 day processing window. They exclude any time a parcel spends in customs.
CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTIES
In general, customs fees and import duties are set by your country's government. They are not charged or controlled by Holla Hair.
European Union — your order ships from Germany, inside the EU, so no import charges are normally expected.
Other European countries (Albania, Iceland, North Macedonia, Norway, Serbia, Switzerland and Turkey) — these countries are outside the EU customs area, so import VAT, duty or customs fees may be charged when your parcel arrives.
United States — your order ships from Arizona. No import charges apply.
Everywhere else- import VAT or duty may be charged when your parcel arrives, depending on its declared value and your country's threshold.

PLUG TYPES
In most countries your storefront shows only the plug that fits your sockets, so there is nothing to pick and nothing to get wrong. Where none of our plugs matches the local socket — the United Kingdom and Ireland, and a number of countries elsewhere — you choose the plug yourself at checkout, and every product page states which one is being sent.
The crimper, all three curling irons and the Flex Power dryer are dual voltage (110–240V) and work anywhere with the right plug. The TurboPower dryer is 110–120V for the US and Canada only. The Weightless Power dryer is built for European and Australian voltage.
We do not currently make a Type G plug, so orders to the United Kingdom and Ireland ship with an EU plug and need an adapter. The tools themselves run perfectly on UK and Irish power.
LOST, DELAYED OR DAMAGED PARCELS
If your tracking has not moved for more than 7 business days, or your order arrives damaged, email info@holla-hair.com with your order number and we will sort it out. For damaged or incorrect items, please include photos of the item and the packaging within 48 hours of delivery — see our Refund Policy.
